Lead time & terms
Quotation in two business days, DFM notes attached. Drawing to first shot in 25 to 45 days — twenty-five for a straightforward tool, forty-five with slides or multi-cavity work. Tools are built for 300,000 shots or more, mould base and standard parts made in-house. FOB Qingdao, payment by T/T.

Mold design
From concept to a production-ready design: wall thickness and rib layout, draft angles, snap-fits and assembly features — with a design review and risk list before tooling starts.
CNC precision machining
Mold base, cavities, slides and cooling circuits machined complete; cores and electrodes precision machined in-house to your drawing tolerances.
Injection molding
From prototype to volume, running to sealed parameters with batch records kept; post-processing and export logistics arranged as needed.

Yichao is a family-run factory built around injection mold design and manufacturing, with years behind us in plastics. There is no corporate group behind us and no subcontracting chain — the mold is designed here, machined here, and the parts are molded here.
