Yichao Mould & Plastics (YCmold) is a family-run injection mold design and manufacturing factory in Weifang, Shandong, China. We design and build injection molds and run injection molding production in-house — mold design, CNC precision machining and injection molding all on one site. We build tooling from your 3D file (STEP / IGES / X_T), a 2D drawing or a physical sample, and we export worldwide.

- Filter discs, strainers and grilles — pre-pump strainer discs, filter baskets, inlet screens and vent grilles. The perforated field is a replaceable insert, so a broken core pin is swapped without replacing the cavity block.
- Moulded thread parts and closures — adapters, fittings, screw caps and threaded end caps. The thread is formed in the tool, not cut afterwards; a thread provides clamping force, and the seal comes from the end face or an O-ring groove.
- Clear PC and PMMA parts — sight windows, transparent covers, instrument lenses and clear containers. Cavity polished to SPI A2 or better, gate kept off the viewing face, resin strictly dried.

- Yes. We take tooling-only projects as well as tooling plus production. The mold can stay with us for production or be shipped to you.

- How long do sampling and tooling take?

- What is your minimum order quantity?
- No fixed minimum. Prototypes, pilot runs and volume production are all workable.
